Vintage rhinestoned half-moon pin is engraved on the back “Wm. J. Vaughan POTENTATE.” Presumably, the “54” refers to 1954. This is probably a fez pin (used to hold the fez tassel in place). Pinback is broken but all rhinestones are intact (in other words, it can be repaired). Silvertone metal base. 1-1/2" x 1-1/2".
