Anubis Jewelry Box Anubis was the god to protect the dead and bring them to the afterlife. But that was then. Now, he's the protector of small, precious treasures. You know--jewelry box, change collector, for us--the keeper of the smashed penny collection. And even though Anubis is supposed to be a jackal, we think there's a little chihuahua in this one. Anyhow, at the base, the box measures 6" x 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" tall, the top part is 5" tall (to the tip of the ears). It's molded of some sort of plastic/composite material and painted rich gold. Comes boxed and with a piece of soft cloth you can use to line the inside.

It's small enough to be used in many ways on many outfits but it's totally covered with white diamond rhinestones so it's really shiny and sure to be noticed.
