FUTURE STUDIO GALLERY All kinda art
Ballet Paint-by-Numbers Painting Retro paint-by-numbers on canvas covers chipboard. You can't see the lines. Excellent example of thrift store art. It's been varnished so it's yellowed/patina-ed. Probably it's not as old as it looks (1960s perhaps). Muted colors. There's a few chips here and there and wear around the edges. No signer or date.
Price: $9.95
Guitar Mosaic Vintage Wall Art Super-vintage, 1950s Modern era, heavy glass tiles. 13" wide x 25-1/2" tall x 3/4" deep frame. Quite heavy, handmade of course. No grouting, and no missing pieces. No signatures, no date. Frame is bit dinged up but hey it's vintage. Classic non-girlie bachelor-pad style art--you know, so he's like interested in music.
Price: $110.00
Lady with Nipples Oil Painting 20"w x 23-1/4"h, oil painted on linen, stretched canvas (3/4" deep stretcher bars). Artist, year unknown. The painting technique is fairly flat with the texture of the canvas playing a big part of the image. Interesting color mixing, sort of a retro racy-mom looking portrait. See companion painting, “Man in Yellow Shirt” (being sold separately but make a stunning pair of paintings).

Man in Yellow Shirt Oil Painting 20"w x 23-1/4"h, oil painted on linen, stretched canvas (3/4" deep stretcher bars). Artist, year unknown. The painting technique is fairly flat with the texture of the canvas playing a big part of the image. Interesting color mixing, sort of a retro dad looking portrait. See companion painting, “Lady with Nipples” (being sold separately but make a stunning pair--of paintings).

Scary Lady Green Mosaic Painting It's not so politically correct but it is compelling in its own odd way. It's pretty big--23" across x 27-1/2" tall, with a 3" tobacco burlap-covered matte. A brown wood frame is about 1-3/4" deep. The tiles are all glass with no missing pieces. There is no grout. It's patina-ed in that vintage way (also, the burlap has some discoloration in the bottom right corner). It's backed with wood so it weighs a lot. We're imagining this once hung in a bachelor-pad type situation.

Spaniel Portrait Painting Oil painting on canvas board (12"x16"), signed “Allis 63.” The edges are worn, but a good frame job will cover it up. It's original (not paint-by-number), and really not a bad painting. Kind of reminds me of the portraits of Liberace's dogs that I saw at the Liberace auction. Muted colors.
