It might also say “Tunistan,” it's hard to read. This is a black fez with bullion lettering covered by diamond rhinestones. Some of the stitching is a little loose, but it seems like all the stones are here. There is an embroidered face, also in bullion with rhinestones and also gold stitching. The red tassel is 12" long. No headband liner. Label says “LA Fraternal Supply Co.” Fez only (no stand). Not sure if this is a real fraternal organization or possibly a prop. The felt is in decent shape with not too much wear.
