Wear it like a watch (black band has velcro for adjustable sizing), the “face” is actually a 2" mirror, so you can see behind you. It's also just an interesting fashion piece (if you're sneaky, you could spy at parties, you know, like see if he's checking you out). Or use it when you ride a bike to check behind you.
